Minimum of 2+ years as a practicing commercial attorney
Substantive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Experience managing and interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel
Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear and simple guidance
Passion for client service and efficiency
High integrity, strong ethics, and an unflappable demeanor
Self-starter, eagerness to learn substantive law, negotiation skills and team policies and procedures
J.D. with strong academic credentials
Member in good standing of bar and in-house counsel registration (if applicable)
Desire or experience to work in a virtual first environment
