About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex roles (including application review, proactive sourcing, closing process, working cross functionally with compensation, HRBP, and immigration teams, etc.)
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, referrals, and market intelligence
- Screen and assess candidates against defined performance outcomes; facilitate structured debrief discussions
- Lead offer strategy, approvals, negotiation, and proactive closing plans for competitive talent
- Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding partnership
- Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and AI tools to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on EPD
- Proven track record of proactively building, engaging, and converting high-quality technical talent pipelines in competitive markets using advanced sourcing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex requisitions while influencing stakeholders and driving hiring decisions
- Strong understanding of technical interview processes, structured assessment methods, and inclusive hiring practices
- Experience leveraging data, market insights, and AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies, inform decision-making, and improve recruiting efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to approach recruiting and candidate experience as a product, applying product management principles
- Proficiency in applying design thinking methodologies to understand candidate and hiring manager needs
