About the role
- Partner with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex engineering roles (e.g., backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, data, security)
- Build and maintain high-quality engineering talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, referrals, and market intelligence
- Screen and assess candidates against defined technical and performance outcomes; facilitate structured debrief discussions
- Lead offer strategy, approvals, negotiation, and proactive closing plans for competitive technical talent
- Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding partnership
- Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and AI tools to inform decisions and continuously improve engineering hiring processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting for engineering or highly technical roles
- Proven track record of building and converting high-quality engineering talent pipelines in competitive markets
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex technical requisitions and influence engineering stakeholders
- Strong understanding of technical interview processes, structured assessment, and inclusive hiring practices
- Experience leveraging data and AI tools to enhance sourcing strategy, decision-making, and workflow efficiency
