About the role
- Own with high agency: Take full ownership of capabilities, platforms, and experiments from end to end. Use a hypothesis-driven, growth-minded approach to development. Write product documents, lead cross-functional teams, and manage trade-offs to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Prioritize for impact: Balance short-term wins with long-term foundational work. Build and maintain a product roadmap that consistently delivers high value to customers.
- Understand the customer: Collaborate with design, research, and cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of user needs. Use those insights to ensure the product delivers continuous value and improves the user experience.
- Drive results: Navigate execution challenges with a focus on outcomes. Make strategic trade-offs, forecast resource needs, manage risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure successful roadmap delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5-8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, API-first, or integration-focused environments
- Proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes from concept through launch
- Technical fluency and domain expertise in building search and AI-powered integrations
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative, with the ability to drive outcomes from end to end
- Deep customer empathy with a clear understanding of both internal and external user needs
- Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to listen well, build alignment, and drive key decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
