About the role
- Own and evolve the internship and early-career recruiting programs.

- 5+ years of demonstrated expertise building or running early-career/internship programs.

- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and comfort context switching across multiple work streams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled at virtual collaboration and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a bias toward action.
