Product Designer

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, OCEO (Office of the CEO), engineering, and product, to define and drive the user experience and interface of CompanyOS.
• Develop and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas, and user flows effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Translate complex technical concepts and requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
• Push design quality with Dropbox design systems and collaborate with engineering to ship quality experiences.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, team members, and users to refine and improve the user experience of CompanyOS continually.
• Stay informed of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies in the AI and productivity spaces, using these insights to inform your design work.
