About the role
- Drive the evolution and continuous improvement of our operating model
- Partner across the People organization and broader business
- Lead the core strategy and execution of Virtual First
- Design and oversee systems and experiences for collaboration in a remote environment
- Lead and develop a team of program managers and specialists
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in distributed, remote-first, or hybrid environments
- Demonstrated expertise in program and project management
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Experience applying design thinking or user-centered design methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency using data and insights to inform strategy
- Bachelor’s Degree
