About the role

  • Work alongside seasoned professionals on high-impact projects shaping Dropbox collaboration products
  • Ship a high-priority project from start to finish and build AI proficiency using tools like Copilot
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deploy features for Dropbox’s products
  • Engage in rapid prototyping, iterative development, and structured feedback from host team
  • Ensure solutions emphasize usability and intuitive design
  • Participate in tech talks, professional development workshops, and explore new technologies
  • Receive team matching, 1:1 mentorship, peer mentor support, and continuous actionable feedback
  • Possible host teams include Product Engineering, Dash (AI), Infrastructure, Customer Experience, Mobile, and Security

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), graduating in Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
  • This should be your final internship before graduating
  • Experience writing or shipping software as part of coursework, personal projects, internships, coding competitions or research
  • Experience coding in programming languages, such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Passion for learning, solving problems, and challenging the status quo
  • Available for Summer 2026 full-time internship (40 hours per week /12 weeks)
