  • Responsible for stakeholder communication and influence - aligning teams and sponsors on product goals, priorities and dependencies,
  • Working with KPIs: % of Product Discovery Completion, Roadmap vs Core Product Path reflection, number of “dependency-free” sprints refined in advance, Scope Net Difference (SP), % of Release-Ready features, NPS & stakeholder feedback,
  • Making sure that it’s clear:
  • who the product is for, why people would want to buy and use it,
  • what the product is and what makes it stand out,
  • what the business goals are and why is it worthwhile for the client’s company to invest in it,
  • Supporting clients and product teams with assigning optimal product metrics together with target values, allowing to assess the effects and level of success coming from a product,
  • Preparing crucial documentation that is necessary to start development of the product: user story maps, product assumptions and roadmap,
  • Working with Business Development and Development Team on preparing solutions for clients which bring better value for final product,
  • Defining and managing internal business processes, in particular, implementing the Product Owner role into the organization,
  • Taking part in Product Design Workshops.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Backlog & Roadmap Management:
  • Delivering and maintaining the roadmap and product strategy,
  • Maintaining a prioritized and updated product backlog aligned with business objectives,
  • Ensuring the roadmap reflects the core product path.
  • Delivery Alignment & Scope Control:
  • Maintaining and delivering the Sprint Plan,
  • Tracking and managing scope creep,
  • Ensuring dependencies are refined at least two (two-weeks long), optimally three sprints in advance to enable smooth delivery.
  • Stakeholder & User Collaboration:
  • Working closely with sponsors, users, and business teams to gather priorities, dependencies, and data insights,
  • Ensuring features align with user needs through analytics and feedback loops,
  • Managing stakeholders' expectations.
  • Product Success Measurement & Improvement:
  • Monitoring product discovery progress (% of product understanding achieved),
  • Enhancing team and stakeholder NPS/feedback on product strategy and execution,
  • Ensuring business analytics drive decisions by integrating insights into a product dashboard.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Owner in a software development company (ideally with mobile apps development),

  • Knowledge and experience in using modelling tools (e.g. UML or BPMN),
  • Strategic prioritization and decision-making skills,
  • Data-driven product thinking and a proactive, adaptable way of working,

  • Proven experience in gathering and managing client and stakeholders requirements and needs in complex projects,
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills including technical writing skills (might be helpful working with Development Team on a daily basis),
  • Strong organizational skills (you will be cooperating with few teams at the same time)
