About the role
- Ensure product development aligns with the product vision and business goals by actively owning priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to build and maintain value-driven roadmaps and backlogs.
- Promote outcome-oriented product practices, data-driven decision-making, and hypothesis validation.
- Ensure effective delivery by supporting agile processes, release planning, and continuous improvement based on insights and user data.
- Lead discovery workshops and guide stakeholders toward informed, strategic product decisions.
- Define and elevate product ownership standards while mentoring Product Owners and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Drive alignment across UX, Tech, Strategy, and Delivery to ensure consistent value delivery and business impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in mobile or cross-platform digital products.
- Ability to coach and mentor other Product Owners and elevate product ownership standards.
- Proven record of shaping and delivering successful digital products with measurable business impact.
- Strong strategic product thinking - ability to connect business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities into coherent strategies.
- Experience creating measurable product goals, outcomes, and hypotheses.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data, insights, and experiments to guide decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills - ability to align, negotiate, and tell compelling product stories.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, backlog management, roadmapping, and delivery coordination.
- Fluent business English.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership skills.
- Nice to have:
- Background in retail or e-commerce.
- Experience with pre-sales, client advisory, and product discovery in a service-based environment.
