About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end‑to‑end strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of all vehicle remarketing operations.
  • Maximize vehicle retention values, optimize operational performance, and lead a national field organization through data‑driven strategies.
  • Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of National Auction Managers and a geographically dispersed team of remarketing professionals.
  • Design, interpret, and govern robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that identify wholesale market trends, pricing dynamics, and performance opportunities.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies with auction and industry partners to enhance vehicle value and optimize sale performance.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and leading cross‑functional process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred — or equivalent industry experience.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in loss mitigation; including vehicle remarketing and auction leadership.
  • Willingness to support field operations and partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and exceptional time‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Travel to various vendors and conferences required
