About the role
- Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls regarding customer's warranty
- Educate and answer questions regarding warranty
- Anticipate customer needs by evolving self-service options to provide world-class customer service
- Manage customer conflict in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus
- Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred.
