• Build AI-enabled workflows, prototypes, and tools that improve productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT operations teams to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation with existing IT systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and tools to replace manual tasks and improve service delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrations between CRM, ITSM, and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and connectors.
• Write and document clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, Python, API, and related technologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document requirements, and iterate rapidly on solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Monitor and optimize automated processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with IT process owners, operations, and cybersecurity teams to identify automation opportunities and enforce best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for tooling-related issues.
• Work with project teams and business stakeholders to understand and document operations procedures.
• Provide training and support to IT teams with new automation tools and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance IT operations.
