About the role
- Design and implement test automation for clients
- Share knowledge and offer guidance in QA Automation
- Define scope and functional areas of automated test scripts
- Create traceability matrices and specify methods of testing
- Identify testing tools and techniques
- Responsible for scoping, implementing, and updating automation testing framework using Selenium Webdriver (Python)
- Integrate automated framework with Test Management and CI tools
- Identify gaps in documentation and business requirements
- Execute automated tests, review results, and provide reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Proficient with Selenium Webdriver (or Python) with 4+ years’ experience
- Demonstrated experience with scoping, designing and implementing automated test processes
- Experience setting up and managing QA tools and test devices for projects
- Worked with tools such as Appium, Jenkins, Mocha, Git, Docker, Sauce Labs, HP Quality Center and/or Jira
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Deep knowledge of web technologies, web design, internet protocols, operating systems, and relational databases
- Capable of reading and writing simple SQL queries
- Proficient in setting up and generating test development and execution reports
