About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install windshields and auto glass in the shop or from a mobile operation unit
  • Calibrate vehicle electronics, including ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, and Forward Collision Alert
  • Repair chips and other glass damage
  • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Process payments from mobile customers
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Provide World Class customer service to customers and vendors
  • Perform driving duties monitored and recorded by a telematics device for safety and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass an MVR check
  • Proficiency managing and working with several types of automotive glass
  • Strong knowledge of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
  • Strong customer experience skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and diligence
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to maneuver around vehicles safely during installations
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, hold, grasp, pull, and turn for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
