About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support enterprise reporting, data analysis, and system integration initiatives across finance and operational platforms
Design, develop, and maintain reports and data pipelines using SQL, Oracle ERP, and ServiceNow systems
Design, build, and maintain custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support daily operations and strategic goals
Partner with department leaders to define key metrics, gather reporting requirements, and present findings
Collect raw data from various enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Audit data regularly, identify data quality issues, and support data cleansing and standardization initiatives
Reduce manual reporting efforts through automation and document data dictionaries, reporting procedures, and SOPs
Collaborate with corporate finance and IT teams to provide ad hoc support on complex subjects and analytic projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance
4-6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
General ERP Financial Module experience (GL, FA, Projects, etc)
Strong experience with advanced data analysis tools (Oracle BI/OTBI preferred; Tableau, PowerBI, others accepted)
Strong experience in querying languages (SQL)
Process-oriented with ability to gather, structure and analyse data from multiple data sources and brands
Experience developing and maintaining KPI’s in ServiceNow
Experience in leveraging technology to improve business processes
Ability to communicate/present to management
Strong initiative-taker with resilient, solution minded approach to complex problems
Demonstrated experience in the software development lifecycle
