About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with franchise owners to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability
- Translate reports, KPIs, and dashboards into simple, actionable insights
- Lead performance conversations and help operators prioritize the right actions to drive results
- Identify trends, gaps, and best practices across the network
- Support and enhance reporting where needed, focusing on clarity and usability over complexity
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Analytics) to align on key initiatives and performance drivers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and connect it to business outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills — able to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way
- Comfortable working directly with operators and influencing decisions
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Ability to balance data, business judgment, and real-world operational constraints.
