About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct outbound calls to independent auto repair shops across the U.S.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our upcoming live events and webinars
  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and secure attendance commitments
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers and record sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems
  • Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software
  • Collaborate with marketing and the national coaching team to ensure alignment in messaging and goals
  • Follow up with no-shows and interested leads to support the national team’s post-event outreach

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of automotive experience
  • Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive and engaging style
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, remote communication platforms, and tracking KPIs
  • Ability to quickly understand and convey value propositions
  • 1+ years of sales experience
