About the role
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to new customers at all levels, prospecting, securing appointments, needs assessment, presentations, negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing sales
- Develops strategies to expand client base within defined market segments
- Produces new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets/quotas
- Work within the New Account Acquisition Sales Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines
- Represents the organization as the principal customer contact and coordinates with management and senior personnel across organizational lines
Requirements
- University Degree / Diploma and 6+ years of experience
- Master’s / Graduate Degree with 4-6 years of experience
- Doctorate / Post-Graduate Degree with 2-4 years of experience
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Ability to network and collaborate with insurers and internal teams
