About the role
- We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect with approximately 6 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture and development, with a focus on scalability, performance, and integration across enterprise systems.
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, SPM etc.)
- Translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions that best leverage the platform capabilities.
- Design integration frameworks between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (Oracle ERP, CRM platform, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow product releases and new features.
- Work on ServiceNow upgrade and patch management planning.
- Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelines.
- Change Management to ensure a smooth adoption of new features and functionality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
- Proficiency in designing custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and Customers.
