About the role
- Review auto insurance estimates for accuracy of part identification, repair vs. replace decisions, labor charges, photo quality, and documentation of files.
- Verify compliance with program mandates, such as parts usage, labor rates, allowed operations, etc.
- Provide feedback and coaching to appraisers based on review findings to improve program compliance and store appraiser development/retention.
- Improve store profitability and ARO.
- Balance multiple priorities, demonstrate proficient technical skills for handling client responsibilities, and deliver a high-quality work product.
- Demonstrate an understanding of professional and industry standards and practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ automotive appraisal experience preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer preferred
- Experience with the CCC One/ADXE/Mitchell estimating platform
- Experience working in Microsoft Excel
- Strong customer service as well as relationship & conflict management skills.
