About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overseeing the sales efforts of properties, providing strong strategic and tactical direction to the property.
  • Monitoring sales activity; pace and production.
  • Supporting the properties in “key account” management, and development and execution of sales SMART Plans.
  • Ensuring corporate sales processes are in place and are implemented.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Establishing and maintaining KPIs for sales performance.
  • Developing portfolio roll-up reports, consolidating data from various sources to provide comprehensive insights into key performance indicators.
  • Developing and managing the sales department budget.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles within hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and vision to drive sales growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
