Regional Vice President of Sales
Driftwood Hospitality ManagementRegional Vice President of Sales responsible for driving sales growth in hospitality properties. Leading a results-driven sales team and ensuring strategic sales planning and execution.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing the sales efforts of properties, providing strong strategic and tactical direction to the property.
- Monitoring sales activity; pace and production.
- Supporting the properties in “key account” management, and development and execution of sales SMART Plans.
- Ensuring corporate sales processes are in place and are implemented.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Establishing and maintaining KPIs for sales performance.
- Developing portfolio roll-up reports, consolidating data from various sources to provide comprehensive insights into key performance indicators.
- Developing and managing the sales department budget.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles within hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinking and vision to drive sales growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Valid Driver's License required.
