💰 $70,000 - $85,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects related to water, fire, mold, and storm damage
  • Use industry software such as Xactimate, Contractor Connection, PSA, and other restoration platforms
  • Prepare detailed estimates, scopes of work, and project budgets
  • Oversee job costing and project profitability
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Monitor project progress and address issues to keep work on track
  • Ensure work meets insurance requirements and contract specifications
  • Communicate regularly with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
  • Manage change orders and scope adjustments
  • Control project costs and reduce waste
  • Ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction, reconstruction, or insurance restoration
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or project management role
  • Experience managing insurance reconstruction projects
  • Experience with Xactimate estimating software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
