About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of key platform features across both backend and frontend.
Develop and review production code using technologies such as Laravel, PostgreSQL, and Angular/TypeScript.
Design and maintain database architecture, ensuring integrity and efficiency in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Collaborate with Product and TPMs to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple systems, including editor state management, data persistence, and rendering.
Establish and maintain development standards, best practices, and architectural patterns within the team.
Actively participate in code reviews, technical design, and mentoring of developers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in the field.
Advanced English.
Experience leading teams.
Strong experience in PHP backend development.
Frontend development with Angular/TypeScript.
Deep knowledge of database design and modeling (preferably PostgreSQL).
Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Ability to work across the full stack (backend and frontend).
Excellent debugging skills and ability to solve complex problems.
