About the role
- Collaborate with producers, creative partners and stakeholders throughout the entire video production cycle.
- Execute full video edits: assembly, rough cut, fine cut and final delivery.
- Design and integrate on-screen graphics, motion design, titles and animations aligned with creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Work with music, dialogue, sound effects and audio cleanup to produce a polished final product.
- Identify and troubleshoot video and audio issues related to color, sound, timing and technical aspects.
- Collaborate with senior Motion Artists to create advanced graphics and animations when needed.
- Review, organize, label and manage raw footage following established file structures and naming conventions.
- Ensure a strong narrative with logical sequences, good pacing and continuity.
- Create multiple formats and versions in different aspect ratios according to delivery requirements (social media, web, broadcast, etc.).
- Add metadata and closed captions, ensuring accessibility and platform compliance.
- Implement and adhere to QA/QC processes to maintain high production standards.
- Actively use generative AI tools and emerging technologies to create, enhance, optimize or correct video and audio during postproduction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics and animation work.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to execute complete edits independently, from rough cut to final delivery.
- Knowledge of motion tracking, compositing and visual effects.
- Experience with AI-based creative tools (desirable).
- Ability to create storyboards, animatics or visual treatments to support concepts, pitches and preproduction.
