About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Configure and develop features in Salesforce Communications Cloud (CSP, CPQ, EPC, Order Management).
  • Implement business processes such as quote-to-order, customer onboarding, and service provisioning.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, estimations, and code reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) for user stories.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Perform unit testing and provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and technical standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity CPQ & EPC.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
  • Integrations via REST/SOAP, and experience handling JSON and XML.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Ant).
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks (SAFe desirable).
  • Advanced English.
  • Intermediate Portuguese.
  • Certifications (desirable): Salesforce Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer (a plus).
