About the role

Lead and manage project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Provide hands-on technical leadership, particularly in areas such as Java, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines, incorporating DevOps best practices and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, security) to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
Ensure technical excellence and that deliverables align with business objectives.
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

5+ years of experience in the field.
Java and microservices architecture.
Extensive hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Preferred: PMP or Agile certifications.
Advanced conversational English (able to interact effectively with international teams).
