About the role
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, architectures and flows.
- Perform gap analysis between client needs and FIS standard solutions.
- Prepare clear, detailed functional documentation for development, operations and management teams.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Work closely with developers to define efficient integrations between systems.
- Support certification processes and alignment of flows with payment networks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the field.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Knowledge of payment applications and transactional systems.
- Ability to write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications.
- Previous experience in banking, transaction processing or financial back-office.
- ISO 8583.
- Knowledge of card schemes, certification processes, regulations and operational flows.
- Creation of process documentation and functional diagrams.
- Desirable knowledge of FIS applications such as IST Switch, Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator or Fraud Navigator.
