About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end device and account provisioning for new hires, including hardware ordering, MDM enrollment via Deel IT, and core software accounts
- Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot hardware, non-clinical software, and connectivity issues, triage and resolve tickets, and escalate to external vendors when needed
- Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HRIS, and other company tools
- Maintain inventory of company hardware, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions, and identify redundant or underused tools
- Partner with the CTO’s team on IT governance, security baseline, access reviews, device compliance, and vendor management
- Define and improve onboarding/offboarding IT checklists for remote hires
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations for non-clinical teams
- Identify repetitive, high-value workflows across Operations, G&A, and Sales & Marketing for AI-assisted automation
- Build and ship automations using Claude, Make.com, Zapier, Lovable, or similar tools
- Partner with process owners to map workflows and provide lightweight maintenance documentation
- Partner with the CTO on tooling decisions, governance, and boundaries with the clinical AI/product roadmap
- Track and report automation impact, including hours saved, error/rework reduction, volume processed, ROI, and prioritization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated technical range across IT support, workplace technology, or digital operations, gained through a role, self-driven project, or both
- Exposure to a remote-first or distributed organization is ideal
- Working knowledge of IT fundamentals, including device management (MDM), access/identity management, and SaaS administration
- Solid expertise and interest in agentic AI workflows and tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, and automation platforms
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered automations or agentic workflows that solved a real business problem
- Strong self-starter profile and ability to balance hands-on execution with medium-term roadmap planning
- Strong process-mapping instinct and ability to turn messy manual workflows into working automations
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to write clear, lightweight documentation for non-technical audiences
- Documentation-first mindset
- Comfortable being the sole owner of a function
- Experience working cross-functionally with People/HR and Technology/Engineering stakeholders
- English fluency required; French proficiency is a plus
- Nice-to-have: experience scaling digital workplace technology functions through high growth
- Nice-to-have: prior experience as a first or solo hire building a function from scratch
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with Deel IT, Google Workspace administration, or comparable MDM/identity stacks
- Nice-to-have: interest in sleep, health, and well-being
