Requirements

What you’ll need

M.D. with a preference of experience in family medicine, ENT, neurology, or anesthesiology
Must be licensed in CA and at least one additional state
Board Certified in Sleep Medicine
1+ years in sleep medicine or sleep fellowship completion
Startup mindset: scrappy, solutions-oriented, hands-on, with a “build, test, learn” approach
Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments
Proficient with EMRs, digital health tools, and telemedicine platforms
Passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes
Ability to inspire teams, lead with vision, and guide clinical standards
Ability to work across product, engineering, operations, and marketing stakeholders
Openness to feedback and co-creating processes with non-clinical teammates
Exceptional communication skills
Adaptability in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment
