About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own regional performance end-to-end, driving referral growth, booking rate, attendance rate, and completed patient goals across personal and team territories
  • Maintain and exceed individual territory goals while building and growing high-value provider partnerships
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers, ensuring accountability to activity standards and KPIs
  • Assist with onboarding and ramping new Territory Managers through structured training, field coaching when applicable, and clear performance expectations
  • Drive team performance through regular 1:1s, ride-alongs when applicable, and targeted coaching
  • Execute regional strategy through account segmentation, prioritization, and market expansion initiatives
  • Optimize referral-to-booking-to-attendance funnel performance and improve conversion rates
  • Ensure accurate use of HubSpot, MMC, Definitive Data, and Superset for activity tracking, reporting, and insights
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Growth, Operations, and Marketing to remove barriers, improve patient throughput, and enhance provider experience
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, territory planning, and budget management across the region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, physician liaison, or provider partnerships
  • 1–3+ years of direct or indirect people leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding referral, revenue, or patient growth targets across consecutive performance periods
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, using performance metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes
  • Experience with CRM and analytics platforms such as HubSpot and Superset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with providers, internal stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing individual production with team leadership responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills, including account prioritization and strategic planning
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on execution and results
  • Ability to foster performance and accountability while maintaining a supportive team culture
  • High emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and drive engagement
  • Ability to connect high-level growth strategy to day-to-day Territory Manager execution
