About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of high-quality, scalable training materials for educators
- Create engaging training resources including videos, overviews, and implementation guides
- Build a scalable library of training resources to support growth across partners
- Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and reduce support burden
- Apply best practices in instructional design to support adult learners
- Collaborate with Partner Success and Product teams to improve training materials based on customer needs
- Serve as a resource for customers during implementation and throughout the customer journey
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of experience in instructional design, educator enablement, or curriculum development, with a track record of building scalable training solutions in complex environments
- Proven experience designing and delivering high-impact, educator-facing materials across K–12 and/or higher education, with demonstrated adoption and effectiveness
- Exceptional content development capabilities across video, written, and visual formats, with technical expertise and a strong eye for quality, clarity, and engagement
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex products or systems into intuitive, actionable guidance that enables independent use at scale
- Deep, hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas), including designing content for seamless integration into educator workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence partnering directly with educators, faculty, and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes
- Experience in customer education, onboarding, or implementation support (preferred)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) (preferred)
- Experience working in edtech or product-driven environments (preferred)
- Basic video editing and content production skills (preferred)
