About the role
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and organizing files
- Help onboard new hires, including preparing orientation materials and setting up systems access
- Participate in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements
- Assist with performance management, training, and development projects
- Provide general administrative support to the People team
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People Operations
- Relevant course credit
- Practical experience in multiple areas of HR and people operations
