About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently plan, organize and execute our concerts and live events — from concept development to on-site implementation.
Responsible for budget planning, schedules and production workflows, including oversight of all relevant milestones.
Coordinate and manage external vendors, partners and venues, including contract negotiations and quality control.
Create and maintain all project-related documentation, such as event documentation, run sheets, production and safety documents.
Lead internal project and strategy meetings and work closely with creative, finance and marketing teams.
Manage the entire event management process, including risk and resource planning.
Independently handle post-event follow-up (analysis, lessons learned, budget finalization).
Evolve our event formats and contribute to the development of new concepts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in event management, ideally in live events or the concert sector.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills when working with artists, partners and vendors.
Comfortable with numbers and familiar with common financial and business metrics and terminology.
High initiative, reliability and a structured way of working.
Flexibility, including willingness to work occasional weekends and travel.
Enthusiasm for pop culture (anime, gaming, K-pop, etc.) is a plus.
