About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently plan, organize and execute our concerts and live events — from concept development to on-site implementation
Take responsibility for budget planning, schedules and production workflows, including monitoring all relevant milestones
Coordinate and lead external service providers, partners and venues, including contract negotiations and quality control
Create and maintain all project-related documentation such as event briefs, run sheets, production and safety documents
Lead internal project and strategy meetings and work closely with creative, finance and marketing teams
Manage the entire event management process, including risk assessment and resource planning
Own post-event follow-up (analysis, lessons learned, finalizing budgets)
Further develop our event formats and contribute to the design of new concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in event management, ideally in the live or concert sector
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills in dealings with artists, partners and vendors
Confident with numbers and familiar with common business/financial metrics and terminology
High level of initiative, reliability and a structured working style
Flexibility, including willingness to work occasional weekends or travel
Enthusiasm for pop culture (anime, gaming, K-pop, etc.) is a plus
