About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in planning, organizing and executing events
- Assist in creating and maintaining event documentation as well as in post-event follow-up
- Communicate with artists, partners and vendors to ensure smooth event operations
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss event strategies and concepts
- Support the team with administrative tasks and the day-to-day operations of event management
- Opportunity to plan, coordinate and independently lead your own events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled student in Event Management, Business Administration, Cultural Management or a comparable degree program
- Previous practical experience in event organization is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
- Flexible and willing to work occasional weekends
