About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in planning, organizing and executing events
- Assist in creating and maintaining event documentation and in post-event follow-up
- Communicate with artists, partners and vendors to ensure smooth event operations
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss event strategies and concepts
- Support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day event management operations
- Opportunity to plan, coordinate and independently lead your own events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled student in Event Management, Business Administration (BWL), Cultural Management or a related field
- Some practical experience in event organization is a plus
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
- High degree of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends
