About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

We are looking for someone who will actively build, manage and further develop our organic content strategy.
You will work closely with the founder and gradually take responsibility for the entire content area.
Analyze and optimize short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
Develop new content formats for different event categories.
Evaluate hooks, retention and overall performance.
Plan, test and iterate on content.
Manage and collaborate with UGC creators, content creators/influencers, videographers and editors.
Brief and commission external creatives (e.g., cutters/editors, designers).
Establish clear content structures and workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3+ years of experience in social media / short-form content.
Hands-on experience creating or managing content.
Strong understanding of hooks (the first seconds of a video), retention/watch time, and viral mechanics in organic content.
Ability to evaluate content quickly and make decisions.
Experience or interest in working with creators/influencers.
Structured, independent working style.
High speed in execution.
You think in formats, not in single posts.
You can run multiple topic universes simultaneously (anime, true crime, children’s content, etc.).
You combine a performance-oriented mindset with a clear standard for quality.
You take responsibility and make decisions.
