About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in all activities of the Finance and Operations Department, with particular focus on Billing, Payroll, Contracts Administration, Business Travel organization and administration
  • Prepare and distribute accurate client invoices, ensuring that the billing process is executed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Cooperate with an external payroll provider to execute the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for ~300 people
  • Participate in other operational and/or legal activities such as customers’ and suppliers’ contracts administration, amendments and terminations of labor contracts, etc.
  • Record accounting transaction in Dreamix ERP system - Oracle E-Business Suite and support the month-end close
  • Collaborate actively with all internal departments and with colleagues across the Synechron group to ensure that financial and operational processes run smoothly
  • Support Dreamix colleagues on any financial and administration matters
  • Organize and administer international and local business travels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years experience as a Finance and Operations Specialist or another relevant role. (Exceptional graduates without prior experience, but with a solid academic record and genuine curiosity for the field are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous knowledge and experience in accounting and/or financial reporting is not a must, but will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Very strong attention to details and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Well-organized person with the ability to prioritize
  • Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with drive to learn and develop
