About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from kick-off through to benefits realisation
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including at Director and C-suite level
- Analyse and present programme outcomes and benefits data to non-technical audiences
- Apply change management and consulting skills flexibly to solve operational and technical problems
- Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to expand the value DrDoctor delivers
- Contribute to team capability by sharing knowledge and supporting the development of more junior colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in a client or project environment in consulting, programme management or technology
- Significant experience delivering large scale technology or operational transformation programmes within NHS or wider public sector settings
- Demonstrable track record of managing senior NHS stakeholder relationships, including at Director level or above
- Experience of account growth or commercial development and able to articulate value delivered in quantifiable terms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to structure complex information for different audiences, from operational teams to C-suite, and produce high-quality deliverables under time pressure.
