About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from kick-off through to benefits realisation
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including at Director and C-suite level
Analyse and present programme outcomes and benefits data to non-technical audiences
Apply change management and consulting skills flexibly to solve operational and technical problems
Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to expand the value DrDoctor delivers
Contribute to team capability by sharing knowledge and supporting the development of more junior colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in a client or project environment in consulting, programme management or technology
Significant experience delivering large scale technology or operational transformation programmes within NHS or wider public sector settings
Demonstrable track record of managing senior NHS stakeholder relationships, including at Director level or above
Experience of account growth or commercial development and able to articulate value delivered in quantifiable terms
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to structure complex information for different audiences, from operational teams to C-suite, and produce high-quality deliverables under time pressure.
