Requirements

Initial professional experience (at least 6 months) in labor/employment law (advising employees and/or employers)
Strong interest in labor-law topics and developments
Excellent written and oral argumentation skills
Meticulousness, personal responsibility and high quality standards for your work
Willingness to manage cases independently — with an eye for quality and practical applicability
Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with clients — clear, empathetic and on equal terms
Experience or interest in developing digital law-firm processes — collaboratively with lawyers, developers and non-lawyers
Confidence in digital work environments (e.g., cloud tools, automations, case management systems)
Structured working style, good time management and solution-oriented thinking
Enthusiasm for shaping legal work, thinking ahead and taking on responsibility
