Requirements

Initial professional experience (at least 6 months) in employment/labor law (advising employees and/or employers)
Strong interest in labor law topics and current developments
Excellent written and oral argumentation skills
Attention to detail, personal responsibility, and high standards for your work
Willingness to run cases independently — with focus on quality and practical applicability
Strong communication and negotiation skills in client interactions — clear, empathetic, and on equal terms
Experience or interest in developing digital law-firm processes — together with lawyers, developers, and non-lawyers
Confidence in digital work environments (e.g., cloud tools, automations, case management systems)
Structured working style, good time management, and solution-oriented thinking
Enthusiasm for shaping legal work, thinking ahead, and taking responsibility
