Requirements

Initial professional experience (at least 6 months) in employment law (advising employees and/or employers)
Strong interest in employment law topics and developments
Excellent written and verbal argumentation skills
Attention to detail, personal responsibility, and high standards for your work
Willingness to manage cases independently — with an eye for quality and practical applicability
Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with clients — clear, empathetic, and on equal footing
Experience or interest in improving digital law-firm processes — working together with lawyers, developers and non-lawyers
Confidence in digital work environments (e.g., cloud tools, automations, case management systems)
Structured working style, good time management and solution-oriented thinking
Enthusiasm for shaping legal work, thinking ahead and taking on responsibility
