About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to reduce manual work in Revenue Marketing workflows
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end workflows integrating AI functionalities
- Drive adoption and enablement among non-technical marketers through training and documentation
- Measure and optimize initiatives defining KPIs and partnering with Data and RevOps
- Govern responsibly ensuring compliance with Security, Legal, and IT on AI usage
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, growth, or technical program management in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on AI and automation experience in a live GTM environment within the last 18 months
- Technical proficiency with LLM frameworks, low-code platforms, and Python
- Deep MAP and CRM fluency in platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Proven change management skills enabling non-technical stakeholders to adopt new tools or workflows
- Strong communication skills translating complex technical concepts
- Program management experience scoping, prioritizing, and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
