About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-touch, proactive support to the CRO and CMO
- Help orchestrate the rhythm of the business for your leaders
- Increase transparency, communication, and alignment across teams
- Own complex, dynamic calendars for one or more executives
- Proactively anticipate conflicts, reschedule as needed
- Prepare executives for meetings with agendas and participant context
- Plan and manage complex domestic and occasional international travel
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level leaders
- Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, travel, and competing priorities for senior executives
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments where priorities change quickly
