About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver complex, high-impact recruiting efforts across critical, senior, and/or hard-to-fill roles
- Own and optimize full-cycle recruitment at a strategic level
- Design, influence, and execute enterprise-level recruiting programs
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior leaders and executives
- Drive alignment across cross-functional partners
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within the recruiting ecosystem
- Act as a recognized subject matter expert in talent acquisition
- Mentor, guide, and influence other recruiters or stakeholders
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering and Technical hiring
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in highly complex, fast-moving environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to broader organizational goals and outcomes
- Recognized internally as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in recruiting strategy
- Strong fluency in AI and recruiting data
- Advanced ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
- Track record of delivering results that have function-wide or organization-wide impact
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies (Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred)
