About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and deliver complex, high-impact recruiting efforts across critical, senior, and/or hard-to-fill roles
  • Own and optimize full-cycle recruitment at a strategic level
  • Design, influence, and execute enterprise-level recruiting programs
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior leaders and executives
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional partners
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within the recruiting ecosystem
  • Act as a recognized subject matter expert in talent acquisition
  • Mentor, guide, and influence other recruiters or stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering and Technical hiring
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in highly complex, fast-moving environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to broader organizational goals and outcomes
  • Recognized internally as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in recruiting strategy
  • Strong fluency in AI and recruiting data
  • Advanced ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
  • Track record of delivering results that have function-wide or organization-wide impact
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies (Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred)
