About the role
- Architect and scale drata.com into a high-performance growth engine
- Own front-end and back-end strategy and execution for drata.com
- Lead technical execution of redesigns, A/B tests, personalization, and SEO optimizations
- Design and implement scalable web components and CMS architecture (Contentful)
- Manage Vercel-based deployments and CI/CD workflows
- Instrument web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), conversion tracking, and event modeling
- Partner cross-functionally with growth, corporate, and product marketing teams
- Identify and integrate new tools for experimentation, performance, and testing
- Be hands-on in code while shaping architecture, vendor integrations, analytics instrumentation, and site governance
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of engineering experience with deep exposure to modern web stacks
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, Next JS and building performant, modular front-ends
- Proficiency with headless CMSs like Contentful
- Familiarity with Vercel, CI/CD, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and site experimentation best practices
- A systems mindset with a bias toward reusability, scale, and long-term quality
- Tech Stack familiarity: Next.js (App Router), React / JavaScript / TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Contentful, Google Tag Manager, Vercel, Figma
