About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle, bringing new customers on board and consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects aligned with Drata’s ICP
  • Build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline while developing deep expertise in your assigned region
  • Execute creative outbound and partnership strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Partner with senior executives to uncover business challenges and guide them through an efficient, consultative buying process
  • Surface product and market insights based on direct customer and partner feedback

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years closing new business
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments strongly preferred
  • A strong outbound mindset, prospecting and closing new business is core to how you operate
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to turn ideas into execution
  • Resourcefulness and resilience when navigating obstacles or ambiguity
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to build trust with customers at all levels
  • Confidence paired with humility. You seek feedback, ask questions, and are always focused on improving your craft
