About the role
- Support the Customer Service team by assisting with customer inquiries
- Documenting cases and ensuring timely follow-up across service channels (phone, email, chat)
- Updating excel file records and ensuring accurate documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve customer issues
- Contribute to improving customer experience by providing timely follow-ups
- First line assistance for basic inquiries and status updates
- Follow up on shipments, returns and replacements
Requirements
- Business administration or industrial engineering education
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish language skills
