About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) and five-year integrated business plan (IBP)
  • Develop a high performing team and establish scalable processes
  • Facilitate the financial planning mission and broaden understanding of key financial metrics
  • Prepare executive-level reporting packages including monthly business reviews and dashboards
  • Develop documentation for forward pricing rates and incurred cost submissions
  • Coordinate activities with Accounting during monthly closing cycles
  • Manage corporate treasury function including cash management and investment strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance required
  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years experience in financial management required
  • Strong background in finance, planning, treasury operations, and financial systems
  • Knowledge of cash management and managing financial institution relationships
  • Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and planning experience
  • Proficiency with Excel required; PeopleSoft ERP and Adaptive Planning module is a plus
